It is just a set of bike bars which are curved up and forward. There's a slight difference between a pursuit handlebar in addition to a bullhorn handlebar. Bullhorns are usually curved ahead and upward. There exists a curve forward, a slight drop, then a curve again up in a very pursuit bullhorn
